The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program is for students who want to become a registered nurse. Through rigorous classes, practice in our simulation labs, and intensive clinical experiences, you'll be prepared to be a nurse generalist with knowledge and skills to practice in acute and community settings.
Upon graduation, you will be eligible to take the national licensure exam (NCLEX-RN) required for practice as a professional registered nurse.
UNG's Department of Nursing gives you the opportunity to draw upon some of the most creative, qualified, and professional faculty in nursing. The resources available to you both on campus and at affiliated health care agencies support your clinical practice, research, intellectual inquiry, and creative learning.
