Kimberly Burns, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Overview
Kimberly Burns and has been working as a Registered nurse for over 35 years. Her practice has included medical-surgical, critical care, and interventional radiology. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is currently working as a volunteer provider at the Community Helping Place clinic serving the uninsured citizens of Lumpkin County. Her interests are in population health in the underserved community with a heart for medical missions. She is privileged to be part of the team, along with other UNG faculty, that accompanies UNG nursing students to serve on an annual summer medical mission team to the Dominican Republic.
