Nicole Long, MSN, BSN, RNC-MNN
Overview
Nicole Long has been in nursing for 29 years beginning in Adult Medical-Surgical in Delaware. She spent many years working in Women's Services (LDRP), Pediatrics, and Outpatient Surgery. After moving to Georgia in 2004, she began working in the NICU and then later in Mother/Baby. She first worked for UNG as a clinical instructor while obtaining her Master's degree in Nursing Education from Wilmington University. She began full-time nursing instruction with the Technical College System of Georgia in 2018 and then joined UNG in the fall of 2021 as a full time lecturer for the BSN program. She is certified in Maternal-Newborn Nursing and is currently a practicing postpartum RN in the Mother/Baby unit at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
