eTutoring – Upload your document.
From the main schedule, click your own appointment. In the appointment window, click “Edit appointment.”
At the bottom of the appointment, click “Browse” to upload a file. You have the option to upload multiple files, e.g., your draft, an assignment prompt, a rubric.
When the file is uploaded, click “Save Changes” to confirm the change.
How do I Keep the Appointment?
eTutoring – Retrieve document.
When the consultant uploads a document for you, you should be able to retrieve it in two ways:
Click the appointment from the main schedule;
Open your notification email to retrieve the attachment.
Consultants are instructed to select the notification option, but they’re human. If it has been hours since your appointment slot, double-check on myWCOnline to see whether the document is there.
Online tutoring – access your session.
A few minutes before the appointment time, from the main appointment window, click on your appointment.
Click the red text that says, “Start or Join Online Consultation.”
Read the initial text for details on how to upload a draft and do other things.
Note: A PC, laptop, or tablet is recommended for online tutoring.
