Career & Job Fairs

Career Services Operations Update

Career Services staff are working remotely and will respond to emails and phone calls during business hours as our physical offices are closed.

Career Services is available to meet with students or alumni via online appointment through Skype or Teams. To book an appointment with a career specialist, either schedule an appointment online or contact us by phone or email. Career Services is hosting virtual career chats throughout the summer and fall. You may register on Handshake for links to these chats.

Career Fairs offer degree-specific opportunities, including internships and full-time positions. You should bring customized resumes and cover letters.

Job Fairs offer non-degree opportunities, which can include part-time positions for students. You should bring copies of your resume.

UNG Spring 2020 Virtual Career Fair

Tuesday, May 19, 2020, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for UNG students and alumni ONLY who are looking for part-time, full-time, seasonal, or internship positions. Remember that this event is completely VIRTUAL, which means that you will be able to set up a time (a 15-minute "meeting" via phone, Skype, etc.) with an employer to discuss employment/internship opportunities. Remember that these meetings are NOT interviews, but rather a chance for candidates to meet with you virtually discuss employment/internship opportunities.

To attend this fair, you must register on Handshake as well as download the Career Fair Plus App.

Student Registration - Student registration closes Monday, May 18 at 8:00 a.m.

Employer Registration - Employer registration fee is $25. Employer registration closes Tuesday, May 5 at 5:00 p.m.
