    Ethical Leadership Training

    Building Ethical Leaders

The Building Ethical Leaders (BEL) leadership training program is a professional education program designed in partnership with EthicsGame, LLC and their founder Dr. Catharyn Baird to facilitate effective leadership by:

    • Delivering an individualized ethical perspective through the Ethical Lens Inventory for each participant
    • Using a critical thinking decision model that builds on the Ethical Lens Inventory
    • Providing case studies to enhance one's understanding
    • Building a path to Ethical Maturity through online simulations

The BEL leadership training program allows participants to gain insight into their own personal ethical perspective, how to perceive others and how to make ethical decisions that are consistent with organizational values.
