Registered Nurse (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
The RN to BSN program is for current RNs who desire to further their career with a BSN. The RN to BSN nursing program offers high quality, accessible undergraduate education for registered nurses pursuing a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN). Graduates are prepared for professional nursing practice in primary, secondary and tertiary settings as well as to care for individuals, families, and communities as clients.

Admissions Information
- An ASN or diploma in nursing prior to start of the RN-BSN program
- Unconditional acceptance to UNG
- Completion of all required core courses with a 'C' or higher prior to the start of the program
- Overall GPA of 2.75 or above on all courses and all degrees accepted at UNG
- Current Unencumbered RN Licensure required in the state of Georgia prior to November 1 of the first year of the program
- Admission will be offered provisionally pending:
- Receipt of all required clinical documentation within the specified time frame
- Successful completion of ASN program
- The RN-BSN application is located in Banner, on the student tab.
