Online-Only students, Readmit students, and Non-Degree Seeking students have a hold on their student account for Online Orientation. Once the Online Orientation course is completed, the hold is removed.
There is not a hold for New Freshman and Transfer students to complete the Online Orientation Course. However, it is highly recommended to complete the Online Orientation modules as a supplement to the live, Virtual Orientation sessions.

The modules take approximately 30 minutes to an hour to complete from start to finish.
The Online Orientation modules are compatible with all major web browsers, as well as mobile devices. There is also an ADA version available if needed. If you do not have access to the internet at home, you are welcome to visit a computer lab at one of our UNG campuses.
Even after completing Online Orientation, it is still accessible to you to go back and re-visit any of the sections.
Parents and family members also have access to the Online Orientation Modules. They can access these modules by creating an account in the orientation portal.
