Kathryn Narciso is a Ph.D. candidate at Georgia Institute of Technology working towards here Industrial/Organizational Psychology doctorate. She has previously earned a Masters in Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She enjoys incorporating her knowledge of teams and leadership into the classroom.

Research/Special Interests

Much of her research revolves around teams, leadership, and pedagogy but not necessarily all at once. Some topics she is interested in include: enhancing collaboration readiness in students focusing both on students and faculty interventions; team conflict and emotions; team processes using social network analysis; leadership influence using social network analysis.
