    Overview

    Dr. Narciso has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech. She enjoys incorporating her knowledge of teams and leadership into the classroom. As the Interdisciplinary Leadership Minor coordinator, she helps students grow as leaders through leadership courses. Dr. Narciso’s goal in the classroom is to help students understand how they can use what they are learning beyond the classroom.

    Much of her research revolves around teams, leadership, and pedagogy but not necessarily all at once. Some topics she is interested in include: enhancing collaboration readiness in students focusing both on students and faculty interventions; team conflict and emotions; team processes using social network analysis; leadership influence using social network analysis.
