Strategic Plan
The 2020-2025 strategic planning process at UNG is underway. On this site we will keep the campus community informed about the work in progress and gather feedback.
Why Engage in Strategic Planning at UNG?
The goal of the strategic plan is to set a course so that UNG can move purposefully into the future. A strategic plan helps us tell the UNG story to our constituents, can be used to prioritize resource allocation, and provides an opportunity for reflection on our process towards institutional goals.
We are directed by the University System of Georgia (USG) Board of Regents (BOR) to create a strategic plan. However, the development process, implementation, and evaluation are largely determined by us.
