Fleet Management

Wex Fuel Card

This is an on-line ordering process through DOAS Fleet Services. When a new or used vehicle has been received, Physical Plant purchases a proper government Georgia tag. Physical Plant then gives Logistical Services the tag number for the vehicle and the fuel card will be requested at that time. The fuel card is unique to the vehicle it is assigned.

Property Management

The responsibility of the Office of Property Management is to monitor all assets and inventory on the campus. Assets and Inventory are outlined and defined in the Equipment Management Procedures attached. The movement of any property on or off campus, regardless of value, must be coordinated through this office.

The Surplus Office's responsibility is to assist departments in the disposal and surplus of inventory and equipment on campus. Please review the Equipment Management Procedures provided below for definitions on Inventory, Equipment, Surplus and Disposal of such.
