Employer Spotlight: Mansfield Energy Video Transcript

I am Dawn Pierce, I am the Senior Recruiter at Mansfield energy. That philanthropy is a big thing that originally drew me to the company, but also keeps me here seeing the good works that we do. Since I've started, we created our own non-profit agency, man's hell cares, and we are really big on supporting the communities that we work in. I'm just constantly proud of working for Mansfield.

We actually offer three different medical plans, three dental plans, and a vision plan. Currently all through Sigma insurance. We offer short-term, long-term disability. We have a life insurance program, we have a fully vested portal and k program where the company matches 50% up to the first 6% that she put in. We have various types of time off, including holiday pay, vacation pay, sick leave, floating holidays. And the company also pays for everyone in the company to have a day to do volunteer work. I have always described ourselves as being the largest oil and gas company you've never heard of? Were well-known in our industry. Humans filled energy, potential customer, I would probably say, we are a supply and distribution company.

We supply many energy products as well as services. We like to be an end-to-end service to our customers. So we offer everything from fuel distribution and delivery. We can manage that inventory to offering many different products, diesel exhaust fluid specialty additives. We can do your EPA reporting or we hire for a lot of roles, but we hire accountants, accounting clerks, we hire a lot of analysts. We leave no piece of data left unturned. We have Customer Relationship Managers, customer customer service coordinators, dispatchers, supply or supply department hires a lot of analysts as well. We have sales. One of the wonderful things about our internship program is how impactful we do all of the projects that they work on are. So I know that we've had some very successful marketing intrinsic, e.g. who have assisted on marketing campaigns, who helped with social media for a company of our size.

It always amazes me how easy it is to get recognized for doing great work here. I am Karen McGrath. I'm the Manager of recruiting for menstrual energy. Since I started on a daily basis, I have seen almost daily examples where the leadership team really wants to know what I think and how I can improve a component of what it is that I'm responsible for. Two, again, ultimately benefit the entire workforce that we support in our roles. So my name is Dimitri is Hartley. Right now I'm working with the ERP operations as a data analyst. Every turn where I've been at Mansfield, I've had the opportunity to learn from some amazing individuals, even starting out my very first day as supply data analysts. Ladies John bird, I've been here with management for about 17 years and I'm the president of the company, prospective employee, I would say that Mansfield is a very complex, fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. I am Shannon Bowen and I'm paralegal here and also assistant to general counsel.

They really care about the employees and they try really hard to make sure everyone has that work-life balance. Hi, my name is Cole Carol and I'm the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. One of the things I love about this organization to as were so versatile, Let's just say we probably have 300 different jobs. And what that means for you as applicants is there's tons of opportunity.
