Mental Well-being

Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Having good mental health is being aware of everyday feelings and emotions and learning to cope with the challenges life brings.

UNG provides a support network for your mental health that includes mental health counselors, peer educators, care and outreach, and other resources.
