Agriculture Education (BSEd)
The Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in agriculture equips students with a deep understanding of the agricultural sciences while developing the pedagogical skills necessary to lead the next generation of industry innovators. This program fosters the ability to research complex agricultural systems, think critically about global food and natural resource challenges, and effectively pass that expertise on to students in a classroom or lab setting.
Enter the field with a strong dual foundation in agricultural content and educational theory. Gain first-hand experience through extensive clinical internships and that distill that knowledge into engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
This degree is offered in conjunction with the College of Education Middle Grades, Secondary & Science department and subject to their requirements.
Note: You must meet College of Education admission requirements for this program.
