Understanding an organization’s finances is critical to its success. A business degree in finance enables graduates to prepare, provide and present financial analysis to an organization to evaluate positions, profit feasibility, and various other decisions that are influenced by financial position.

Our dedicated faculty introduces students to theoretical constructs and real-world applications in a wide range of financial topics, including investments, corporate finance, financial institutions, risk management, insurance, and emerging financial technology, making them strong competitors in the finance job market.
We tie financial theories to real-world applications and examples through trading simulations in Investments, case studies in Corporate Finance courses, and other engaging activities.

Members must attain and maintain a cumulative major and overall GPA of at least 3.0 and engage regularly in professional development and community service activities. Beta Alpha Psi events are open to all students.
Participation in Beta Alpha Psi events allow you to earn the meritorious Certificate of Professional Development even if you do not meet the GPA requirements for full Beta Alpha Psi membership.
