Overview

His research interests include professional development of pre- and in-service teachers, values in education, program evaluation, citizenship and human rights education, charter schools, and teaching and learning in museums. He has academic degrees from the University of Oxford (DPhil), McGill University, the University Manitoba, and the University of Winnipeg. He previously taught at Harvard University, the University of Oxford, the University of Manitoba, the University of Winnipeg, and high schools in Japan and Montreal.

He oversees the curriculum and instruction of the Center for Language Education’s (CLE) Intensive English Program, organizes teacher-training programs for international educators, and recruits international students for the CLE and the University of North Georgia.
