any time you need help, guidance or support.
No-cost virtual and in-person treatment sessions, virtual psychiatric assessment and medication
management.
Personal navigators who help connect you to treatment and support with UNG"s on-campus
options or off-campus resources.
An online, self-guided program to help you manage your emotions.
You can also access the wellness hub, an online wellness magazine with educational content,
self-help tools and resources.
