If you experience any difficulty in accessing content on the ung.edu website, please contact the ADA Coordinator at ada@ung.edu. Be sure to include the following in your email to the ADA Coordinator:

• Your full name
• Your phone number and email address
• The web address (URL) of the web page that you are having issues accessing
• Describe in detail what accessibility issues you are having with the web page. If you are using assistive technology to access the web page, give us details about the technology you are using and how you are using it - this will allow us to try and duplicate your problem.

The ADA coordinator or his representative will acknowledge receipt of your request within two working days, and will provide a solution with 10 working days. You will be notified if there will be a delay in providing a solution.

Google Translate

The Google translation links are provided to improve our website usability to people of non-English speaking backgrounds. Google Translate is a service provided by Google, any problems, translation inaccuracies or accessibility issues are outside of our control. UNG is not responsible for the effectiveness or the accessibility of Google Translate. Google offers an alternative translation page in non-Java format.
