The webteam follows the below formula to triage and process simple edit requests based on the urgency level selected on the ticket. If selecting "high" or "critical" urgency, please include a reason for this urgency so that we may adjust our queue as necessary.
- Low - Edit completed within five business days
- Medium - Edit completed within two business days
- High - Edit completed within same business day if submitted before 12 p.m.
- Critical - Edit completed within two hours if submitted before 3 p.m.
Please also keep in mind these times are our general guidelines, and are not guaranteed, as high-volume periods, such as the start of the semester, may result in longer wait times.
