How did you hear about your internship?

I am actively seeking a career in music and entertainment so I searched for all large music companies from record labels to concert venues. I then chose the one I found I fit best with.

What has been the most valuable (or favorite) part of the experience?

No one really thinks of all of the hard work that goes into a concert before and after the curtain. After a long day of set up and break down I feel extremely accomplished and proud knowing I improved the overall show day experience for the audience and entertainer. Learning to work with musicians and entertainers have been amazing. Working with musicians and entertainers have also given me a unique insight by seeing their job is just as demanding and tough as everyone else’s.

How will this help you in the future?

I have worked with all different personality and leadership styles. My ability to adapt quickly in the high paced work environment will definitely be a useful tool in the future.
