The Center for Language Education Intensive English Program's Refund Policy
Payment deadline for the online class is one week before class starts and no refund after payment is made.
75% tuition and fee refunds if you withdrew from the program before the end of the first week of classes.
50% tuition and fee refunds if you withdrew from the program before the end of the second week of classes.
No tuition and fee refunds after the second week of classes.
Housing and meal refunds will be based on UNG refund policy. No refund for medical insurance.
UNG’s Business Office will issue you a check for the balance. If a wire transfer is required, the wiring fee will be deducted from your fund. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to process.
If an F1 visa student withdraws from the CLE: IEP program, you are required to leave the country, unless you have been accepted by another school before you withdraw from the CLE program.
