Social Well-being
Social well-being is developing a sense of belonging through meaningful connections and building positive relationships with others to feel connected as part of a greater community.
Maintaining optimal social wellness allows you to have a social network that can offer support during difficult times, while increasing your self-esteem, emotional resilience, and preparing you to handle conflict properly.
UNG has many opportunities for you to interact, find your place, and get involved.
