Communications Major with Organizational Leadership Concentration (B.A.)

As a student pursuing the Bachelor of Arts with a major in communication and a concentration in organizational leadership, you'll develop essential leadership skills such as critical thinking, effective speaking, decision-making, and problem solving and learn how to apply organizational communication theory.

Organizational Leadership students develop outstanding communication skills and leadership abilities as well as the understanding of how to adapt to various cultural and organizational contexts.
