Grants & Contracts Administration
Grants and Contracts Administration Operations Update
Grants and Contracts Administration (GCA) staff are back in the office and operating under normal hours but request that you still make an appointment to meet with the staff. Questions? grants@ung.edu
Pre-Award staff are available via email and Teams chat, call, and video (video calls are by appointment). Please contact Post-Award staff and GCA Administration via email. GCA staff will make other arrangements as needed for communicating with the UNG community and any external entities. Principal Investigators (PIs) with current grants should forward any communications from sponsors to Lourdes Bastas.
Grants & Contracts Administration (GCA) is the designated pre-award and post-award administration office for the University of North Georgia and supports the campus community’s externally funded research, service, creative activities, and outreach initiatives. GCA advances the excellence of research and scholarship across all campuses by assisting in proposal development and providing crucial services in grants and contracts management and compliance.
