Submission Deadlines

The IRB reviews exempt and expedited applications on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year, including summer. We review full board applications at regularly scheduled meetings on the fourth Friday of each month during the normal academic year, with the exception of November/December. To be considered for full board review at a scheduled meeting, applications need to be complete and submitted through IRB Manager (login required) at least two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date (view below).

Note: Reviews of all applications may be delayed during school breaks and holidays. So, please plan accordingly.
