Language Labs
The University of North Georgia operates Language Labs on the Dahlonega, Gainesville and Oconee campuses to support students in the early stages of learning a new language. Through individualized and small‑group practice, tutoring, and targeted feedback, the Labs help students build confidence and real‑world communication skills.
The Labs also offer instructional space, technology loans, and placement testing. The WebCAPE 2.0 Language Placement Exam is available in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, and Chinese.
For hours, services, or placement testing details, contact the Language Lab Coordinator for your campus. Students at the Cumming and Blue Ridge campuses may reach out to any Lab for assistance.
