Developed in partnership with the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the Center for the Advancement and Study of International Education (CASIE), the IB certificate in teaching and learning offers students the opportunity to examine the principles and practices associated with one of three IB programs (Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Program). The courses that lead to this certificate shape new and experienced educators into reflective practitioners and teacher researchers.

Entry Requirements
1. Hold a baccalaureate from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale calculated in accordance with Graduate Studies' admission procedures.
2. Official scores on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) of no less than 301 (v&q combined) taken on or after August 1, 2011; 900 (v&q combined) taken prior to August 1, 2011; or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) score of at least 391. You may be exempt from the GRE/MAT entrance test score requirement if evidence of a graduate degree from a regionally-accredited institution is submitted or with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale) calculated in accordance with Graduate Studies’ admission procedures.
