OSP regularly hosts workshops throughout the fall and spring on a variety of topics spanning the grant lifecycle. For example, Finding Funding, Grant Proposal Basics, and Applying to NSF. All UNG faculty and staff interested in grants are welcome. Look for upcoming workshops in our events calendar!
Each May, the Office of Sponsored Programs offers an intensive Grants Academy for UNG faculty and staff members interested in seeking external funding to advance their work at UNG. During this four-day program, participants can learn about the entire external grant funding process, including identifying sources of funding, proposal and budget preparation, and post-award activities.
Applications for participation in Grants Academy are typically announced in March with an April deadline. Please click the link below for updates on the application process each year.
