Production Requests

While you are in pre-production and planning ahead, you will need to:

• reserve space on campus,
• check out equipment,
• procure a certificate of general liability insurance,
• or obtain insurance for rented gear

You must complete the UNG Student Film Production Request at least two weeks prior to your scheduled filming days.

Equipment Checkout

Make sure to reserve the gear you need:

1. Download and fill out the CMJ Equipment Checkout Form (PDF). 
2. Email the form to Timothy Martin
3. All requests must be at least 24 hours ahead of requested pickup time.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is approved.
