Career Well-being

Career well-being is the ability to achieve balance between work and leisure time in a manner that provides personal satisfaction that aligns with your values, goals, and lifestyle. A career is a very important life choice. Your attitude towards your career can play a major role in your overall wellness. A career should allow for personal satisfaction and enrichment in your life, focusing on finding something you excel in and are passionate about.

Achieving occupational wellness also encompasses addressing workplace stress and building relationships with co-workers.
