2. Be Sure You're Using the Outlook App
You can no longer check your ung.edu email account on just any app on your smartphone. UNG has switched to "modern authentication" which is not currently supported by every mail app. To access your ung.edu email account you will need to download the Outlook App.
You will still be able to access email on your favorite web browser via webmail.
