Overview

Dr. Bennett is the form Director of Graduate Programs and a current Part-Time Instructor. He has served on the board of directors for the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce, YMCA of Metro Atlanta, Greater Alpharetta Tech Network, Alpharetta Technology Commission, North Atlanta Football League and Cambridge High Feeder Program. He also served on the education and workforce development committees for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Bennett has served as a panelist #YPAMA (Young Professionals Ask Me Anything) and a judge for Pitch Breakfast Charleston. He currently serves on the board for the Greater Charleston YMCA, as a member of the of the Charleston Talent Advancement Cabinet and as a Business Advocacy Champion for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.

In 2015, he was named one of North Atlanta Business Post's 40 Under 40. In 2020 Dr. Bennett was named a Charleston 40 under 40 award winner and was the recipient of the Faculty Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Graduate College at the Citadel. He is also coauthoring a textbook on Leadership and Public Policy that will be published in early 2021.

Dr. Bennett is also the founder of Facts Not Opinions, a research organization that “provides the unfiltered data behind the biggest issues facing the United States and the world. The data is not tampered with to reach a predetermined conclusion and does not have a political agenda.”
