Iris Marcipar, M.M.
Overview
A dedicated Argentinian bass player, she excels in teaching, performance, and music-related roles. Her teaching spans diverse subjects and institutions, focusing on double bass instruction, ensemble leadership, and musicology. Alongside performing with orchestras in both the US and Argentina, she showcases versatility in various Argentine music ensembles. Iris has garnered awards and invitations to masterclasses, highlighting her dedication to musical excellence and education. She is currently pursuing a DMA in Double Bass Performance at the University of Georgia.
