Consumer Complaints

The University of North Georgia desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Complaints regarding any aspect of UNG operations should be filed internally to UNG authorities first and then, if necessary, to external authorities.

Non-Georgia Resident, Online-Only Complaint Resolution Process

UNG follows the State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreements (SARA) complaints process. If the UNG complaint resolution is not satisfactory, an out-of-state student from another SARA state could then file a complaint with GA-SARA. The complaint would then be investigated and resolved by GA-SARA.
