Group Exercise
The Group Fitness Program is a fun and unique way to reach your fitness goals. CRW offers a wide variety of classes for all skill levels. Each class is taught by a certified instructor and is free to students, who have paid the student activity fee, and CRW members. Download the Fall 2024 Group Fitness Schedule. (PDF)
Our classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to guarantee your spot and obtain an attendee pass. If you haven’t visited one of our Group Exercise classes before, be sure to arrive early to your first class and complete the group exercise waiver. All classes will close to participants five minutes before the class is scheduled to begin. In order to attend two classes in a row you must leave the room and obtain another attendee card.
Personal Training
The Personal Training Program is for those that are ready to kick start a fitness routine or take their fitness to the next level. The CRW personal trainers are nationally certified and will work with you to design a program that is specific to your fitness needs.
