The Group Fitness Program is a fun and unique way to reach your fitness goals. CRW offers a wide variety of classes for all skill levels. Each class is taught by a certified instructor and is free to students, who have paid the student activity fee, and CRW members. Find the schedule online!
Our classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you arrive early to guarantee your spot and obtain an attendee pass. If you haven’t visited one of our Group Exercise classes before, be sure to arrive early to your first class and complete the group exercise waiver. All classes will close to participants five minutes before the class is scheduled to begin.
