Heather joined the Center for Global Engagement at UNG in July 2019 as the study abroad advisor for Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to this, she served as the academic advisor for the Political Science and Pre-Law majors at the University of South Florida. She then moved on to become the curriculum integration specialist at USF where she supported students and departments in determining which study opportunities were the best fit for their curriculum. Over the last 5 years, she also developed and led a program on conflict transformation to the beautiful countries of Northern Ireland and Ireland. In her spare time, Heather loves to travel, read, and work with animals!
