Overview

I have a Ph.D. in public policy and public administration and a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Virginia. My research interests including studying collaborative partnerships between public, private and nonprofit sectors organized to address complex social problems, federalism and watershed management.
