Augustine Meaher, Ph.D.

Dr. Meaher is the Director of Political and Strategic Studies at the Baltic Defence College in Tartu Estonia. He is also on the executive academic board of the European Security and Defence College. His main areas of interest are European History and Politics with an emphasis on military history and politics. He is presently researching Australian-Baltic Relations during the Cold War. He teaches Military History at the University of North Georgia.
