    Lawful Presence Verification

Army regulations require verified proof of lawful presence in order to participate in ROTC and the Corps of Cadets. Lawful presence will need to be provided prior to an admissions decision being made for Corps of Cadets participation. Students who cannot provide lawful presence may be admitted to the University of North Georgia, but not as a cadet.

Please note: If you are using a document with an expiration date and the expiration date falls before the start date of the semester you wish to enroll, you will be required to submit an updated document prior to starting FROG week or the first day of classes (if a returning cadet). Otherwise, your tuition rate will default to the out-of-state rate.
