For her undergraduate degree she attended two different universities: Appalachian State University and East Carolina University, where she received her B.F.A. in Painting and Drawing. Professor Windley received her M.F.A. from the University of Georgia in Painting and Drawing and has exhibited works at the International Print Center, The Anderson, and Berry College as well as working in partnership with the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation.
