LibQUAL+ Surveys
LibQUAL+ is a survey that collects, tracks and acts upon users' opinions of library service quality. The resulting data is analyzed and is used to inform library planning. Hundreds of libraries participate each year in LibQUAL+ and add to this extensive dataset for improving library services.
The 2015 LibQUAL+ survey was completed in April 2015. View the 2015 LibQUAL full report and see how we responded to your feedback.
The 2018 LibQUAL+ survey concluded in February 2018. Results will be posted here when they are available.
