Dec. 5 2025 3 p.m.	Late Fee Assessment	A $75.00 late fee will be assessed to pre-registered student accounts with an outstanding balance remaining.
January 9, 2026 3 p.m.	Drop for Non-Payment	Classes will be dropped for non-payment for any students pre-registered with an outstanding balance remaining. *If classes are dropped, the students may re-enroll when registration opens up on January 12, 2026.

To prevent additional fees or schedule cancellations for non-payment please review the following:

Pay any balance remaining due after estimated financial aid by payment deadlines above.
Contact Financial Aid at finaid@ung.edu or call 706-864-1412 if missing expected aid or scholarships.
Enroll in Nelnet Payment Plan if you need further payment assistance.
Always review your student invoice in Banner prior to deadlines, especially when making changes to schedule.
Orientation students must pay by the deadlines presented during their orientation sessions.
