Dr. Sushil Nifadkar’s (Ph.D., Arizona State University) current research focuses on new employee socialization, leader behavior, supervisor-subordinate relationships, and international management.
Over the years, his research has been cited more than 1000 times in over 50 countries spread across six continents. His research has appeared in the world’s top management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Applied Psychology.
He received Journal of Management’s 2012 Best Paper Award for scholarly impact and contribution to literature. Academy of Management’s OB Division adjudged him as an outstanding reviewer in 2006. He was also the Best Paper Award finalist (International Management division) at the Academy of Management conference 2013, and two of his papers have been published in Academy of Management’s Best Paper Proceedings.
In addition, he is or has been a reviewer for Academy of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of International Business, and Academy of Management conferences. He is or has been an editorial board member of Personnel Psychology and Journal of Business Research.
