    Move-in Information

    Welcome new students! 

    Please check your UNG email the first week in July for the opportunity to sign up for a move-in appointment.

    Move-In Dates

    New student move-in for fall 2023 will occur by appointment only on August 17, 18, and 19.

    Changed Your Mind About Attending UNG?

    If you've completed a housing contract with Residence Life and will not be attending UNG, email residencelife@ung.edu with this completed cancellation form (PDF) as soon as possible.

    Important Information

    • UNG students must bring their UNG Nighthawks ID card with them to check into the residence halls.
      • New students may pick up their ID card at orientation. 
      • Students not attending an in-person orientation may submit their Nighthawks ID photo online at least 3 days prior to their move-in and pick up their card at move-in.
    • Only two cars are permitted per student, and only two guests will be permitted for each student.
