How Do I Use the Company Directory and View an Org Chart?
You can easily search for your organization's employees in OneUSG Connect as well as view your institution's organization charts. This video and job aid walks you through those steps.
OneUSG Connect provides several great new features and abilities, such as mobile access and single sign-on. With those new additions, there are also some new technology requirements and preparation needed for successful use. As cohorts, Go Live with OneUSG Connect, you will log in using single sign-on. The credentials you use on your local campus (email, Internet, etc.) will be the same ones you use to access OneUSG Connect. You won’t have to remember another username and password!
OneUSG Connect single sign-on steps:
Click on the link provided on Go Live day.
Click your institution/organization logo.
Sign in with your network credentials
The system times out after 20 minutes of inactive use for employees and managers.

iPhone: Apple Safari iOS (iPhone 4 or older and the original iPad do not meet minimum iOS requirements to access OneUSG Connect.
Your personal information in OneUSG Connect includes things such as your address, contact information and emergency contacts. Much of this information is used throughout the system for various purposes, such as payroll and benefits.
