Welcome new students!

New student move-in for fall 2024 will occur by appointment only on August 8, 9, and 10. Check your UNG email the first week in July for the opportunity to sign up for a move-in appointment.

Changed Your Mind About Attending UNG?

If you've completed a housing contract with Residence Life and will not be attending UNG, email residencelife@ung.edu with this completed cancellation form (PDF) as soon as possible.

Important Information

UNG students must bring their UNG Nighthawks ID card with them to check into the residence halls.
- New students may pick up their ID card at orientation.
- Students not attending an in-person orientation may submit their Nighthawks ID photo online at least 3 days prior to their move-in and pick up their card at move-in.
Only two cars are permitted per student, and only two guests will be permitted for each student.
