    How to Submit Your Transcripts

Submit official high school transcript through GAFutures or request an official transcript from your counselor. If you enroll in any college ask the college/s to send us an official transcript.

    • If You Have Dual Enrollment Credit

If you have completed dual enrollment credit by the time you apply to UNG, please request an official college transcript to be sent to UNG directly from the college where you were taking your dual enrollment credit.

If you have dual enrolled at multiple colleges, please request that an official transcript from each school be sent to UNG.

We must receive the transcripts through e-script, Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse or another secure transcript delivery service directly from the institutions: choose Admissions Imaging Center or use admissions-gvl@ung.edu as the intended recipient.

If your institution is mailing your transcript directly to UNG: UNG Admissions Imaging Center, PO Box 1358, Gainesville, GA 30503. (Transcripts sent by the student or parent are not considered official.)

    • If You Earned a GED or Qualifying Scores on the HiSET or TASC
      If you earned a GED:
      • If you earned a GED in Georgia, you should request a copy from the Technical College System of Georgia.
      • If you completed your GED in another state, request a transcript.
If you earned qualifying scores on the HiSET or TASC:
      • If you earned qualifying scores on the HiSET test, request a copy of your HiSET scores here.
      • If you earned qualifying scores on the TASC exam, request a copy of your TASC scores here.

Please note that New Freshmen applicants who have earned one of these in lieu of high school completion are eligible for admission consideration into the associate pathway only.

Transcripts must arrive in our office in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution. Opened transcripts cannot be used for admission.

    • If You Were Internationally Educated

Send an official National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES) or Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) evaluated document-by-document high school transcript or Certificate of Education. A GPA calculation is not required. The evaluation must be sent directly from the agency to the Admissions Office. Find a full list of NACES or AICE members.
