Math Eligibility Exam
The Math Eligibility Exam provides students the opportunity to test out of College Algebra, into Precalculus or test out of Precalculus into Calculus 1. If you have earned a grade other than a W in a college math course, you are not qualified to take an eligibility exam.
Note:
- If you are attempting to test into MATH 1111, you will need to take the Accuplacer for Placement
- UNG students that have earned a grade other than a W in a college math course, you are not qualified to take an eligibility exam.
Placement Eligibility
- For math 1113, you must score 263 or higher (on a 200-300 point scale)
- For math 1450, you must score 277 or higher (on a 200-300 point scale) and have taken Pre-Calculus in high school

- You must provide a valid government issued photo ID.
- If you arrive fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may not be allowed to test.
- Length of Exam: Varies/Untimed
